Shipping: This item ships in a tube, protected box or crate depending on the art. All art is marked as fragile. We only use renamed international carriers such as DHL, Fedex, USPS. We will let you know tracking numbers and we can follow, track & trace your art.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA) : We include a COA with the artwork sold. If COA is not received with the artwork, we will send directly to you by our Sales Team.
Returns: We do not offer returns after the purchase has been made, unless it is a cancellation which should be informed to us in a period not to exceed three (3) days after the purchase is made. However, once we ship we will not be able to honor any returns and or cancellations. Please understand that the cost of shipping and managing original works of art is very delicate and requires special treatment.
Secure Payments: We do not ever store any financial information on our servers. We are PCI compliant and work with secured payment providers such as Stripe to process your order. We are also GoDaddy Verified & Secure. All sensitive customer information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
